I'm Erin, a custom cake and postal box maker based in Ebbw Vale. I joined the Royal Navy at 17, and quickly became known on board as “the cake maker.”
At 22, I turned my passion into PolarBakes, making bespoke birthday and wedding cakes you won't find on any shop shelf in South Wales.
Birthday, wedding, anniversary - we chat through theme, flavour, dates and dietary preferences.
I send a quote and some reference images within 48 hours. We refine until it’s exactly what you imagined.
I bake to order and either deliver to your door, or you collect from Ebbw Vale or Hereford.
