Welcome to PolarBakes, I am Erin, a custom Cake Maker from Ebbw vale. PolarBakes is my home cake bakery, where I focus on custom Birthday Cakes and Wedding Cakes both in Fondant and Traditional Buttercream.

What we Do

Focusing mostly on Fondant cakes and Traditional Buttercream cakes.

Typically a lot of the Birthday cake requests are children’s birthday cakes using Fondant, And are around themes similar to Minecraft Cakes, Paw Patrol Cakes, Super Mario Cakes etc.

The wedding cake requests are usually for multi tiered buttercream cakes. Creating unique custom cakes that would not be available from other cake shops in South Wales.

We can also make Vegan cakes and Gluten free cakes both in fondant and buttercream if required.
